Diligence advises on the sale of the assets of Timman Elektro VOF to Timman Elektro B.V.

The partners of Timman Elektro VOF, Peter Timman and Marcel de Jong, sold their company as of January 1, 2026, via an asset transaction to Timman Elektro B.V., a new company established by TWY B.V., owned by Tim-Wai Yau (owner of Tim-Wai Elektrotechniek B.V. in Oudkarspel), and Dejo Elektro Holding B.V., owned by Marcel de Jong. As Marcel de Jong will remain with the company, the strong relationships with clients and suppliers will continue unchanged.

Timman Elektro was founded in 1996 and was located in Tuitjenhorn, but the office and warehouse are now moving to Oudkarspel. In recent years, the company has grown with a small organization into a specialist in advising, designing, realizing, and maintaining electrical installations, solar panels, charging stations, alarm systems, lighting systems, power installations, access control, and data and telecom technology. Clients include construction companies, private residential clients, housing projects, and commercial buildings.
The company operates throughout the western Netherlands.

Diligence acted as the advisor to the sellers in this process. The guidance was provided by Harry Helwegen, who supported Peter Timman and Marcel de Jong during the sale.

Diligence congratulates Peter, Marcel, and Tim-Wai on this successful transfer and wishes them much success in the future of Timman Elektro B.V.
