Guidance on the acquisition of HARO aluminium
HARO Aluminium Veenendaal BV is a leading company in the aluminium sector that develops, produces, and installs frames, doors, and facade structures. It works with high-quality profile systems from brands such as Reynaers, Kawneer, and Alu-K, and distinguishes itself through early collaboration with architects, contractors, and project developers. Projects are developed on a bespoke basis with attention to technology, building physics, and aesthetics, and are produced in its own factory with a focus on quality, sustainability, and efficient material use.
Owner Jan van de Scheur has transferred a portion of his shares to manager Remy Emons. After a sales process involving several candidates, he consciously chose an internal successor to safeguard the company’s identity. After a few years, Remy will fully take over the company.
