With the acquisition of HPG Hoveniers B.V. by the Maron Groep, Bas Tham takes another step in the further expansion of Maron Groep. Marcel and Ellen de Zeeuw, who built HPG Hoveniers into a solid player in the landscaping sector, are handing over their company to Maron Groep, which can accelerate the continuity and further growth of the business.
The transaction was supervised by Joost Baltus of Prisma Advies Groep on the sell side. Tsjip Boersma of Diligence acted as advisor to the buyer. The cooperation between all parties involved was constructive and conducted in a good atmosphere, which contributed to the successful completion of this process.
