Jan van Ruitenbeek
Being a determined, pragmatic and straight-forward person, Jan needs only few words to portray matters clearly and concisely. He eagerly uses his practical knowledge and the experience gained as successor to a family business and the sale of a company that he developed himself to achieve the goals of his clients in this field.
Born in 1956 and raised in the Dutch city of Amersfoort, he successfully completed his studies at the Higher Technical School (hts) in Utrecht in 1979 (mechanical engineering with business administration as a main subject). Jan also completed the Register Adviseur Bedrijfsopvolging (RAB) business consultancy training and is included in the RAB Register.
Originating from an entrepreneurial family, after completing his studies in the early nineteen eighties, he decided to steer the family business (construction company) through a penultimate major crisis. He developed this company into a successful, medium-sized business. During this 80,000-hour entrepreneurial period, Jan witnessed, experienced and survived many facets of business practice and knows what it involves. After a successful period of 25 years, he decided to sell the business and look for new, challenging activities.
