Frans Verbeek

Frans is a born entrepreneur. He graduated cum laude from the Hogere Economische School in Amsterdam. After years of leading his IT company Omegon, which focused on the automation of accounting firms, he acquired several companies and sold his own business to Unit 4 in 2000.

Since 2003, he has been a partner at Diligence, where he has since supervised more than 100 successful acquisitions, making him a certified acquisition expert. His mission is to provide entrepreneurs with complete peace of mind during the sale of their company, allowing them to remain focused on their core activities while Frans guides them through the entire acquisition process.

His empathy and focus on concrete results are his main priorities, with his extensive network playing an essential role.
