Hans Wijnen

As the son of an entrepreneur from Limburg, Hans was involved in the operations of the family business from an early age. He decided early on to gain experience outside of this company. He chose a career in logistics services and worked in various positions at several large (international) companies. Here, he developed into an absolute all-round people manager specializing in change management, downsizing, restructuring, and image building. During this period, he guided various acquisition processes and was closely involved in the integration processes that followed these takeovers. In addition, he was involved as an initiator (leader) in several major reorganizations. After several years as General Manager at an international firm, he decided to become an independent entrepreneur at the end of 2002. He has been affiliated with Diligence since 2003. Here, he has grown into a broadly oriented acquisition specialist. In recent years, he has successfully guided many processes across numerous industries. Hans is a certified member of the Professional Organization for Specialists in Business Transfer (www.bobb.nl).
