Peter Stitselaar

Peter has a background in business administration and earned an MBA from Business School Nederland. In addition, he is a certified Register Advisor for Business Succession (RAB).

With over 15 years of experience in M transactions across various sectors—ranging from trade and manufacturing to healthcare, ICT, automotive, logistics, installation technology, and business services—he has successfully supported many entrepreneurs in their buying and selling processes.

In addition to his advisory work, Peter possesses valuable entrepreneurial experience, which helps him understand business takeovers from a first-hand perspective. He personally acquired a trading company, investing his own capital and bearing all the risks. He later successfully sold this company via a pre-exit, further strengthening his expertise as an advisor. Thanks in part to this practical experience, Peter now guides his clients with knowledge, commitment, and empathy, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible deal.
