With over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Raymond Sieben guides entrepreneurs in selling or purchasing companies, from the initial strategic considerations through to the completion of the transaction. His focus lies in realizing an optimal deal for his clients through thorough analysis, well-considered negotiation, and the careful structuring of transactions.

Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of sectors and closed impressive deals both nationally and internationally. With his legal background (Master of Laws) and extensive experience, he achieves above-average results and knows how to effectively tackle complex challenges. In addition to his work in mergers and acquisitions, he took over the Benelux wholesale operations of the exclusive German home brand ZACK in 2004. This experience provided him with valuable insights into entrepreneurship and international distribution.
