Tsjip Boersma

Born and raised in Friesland (1976) and currently residing in Amsterdam. After studying Business Administration at the University of Groningen, he spent over 18 years in various Financial, Marketing, and Strategy roles at a multinational corporation. The common thread throughout his career has been the acquisition, sale, reorganization, and integration of companies within an international setting. Since 2010, he has been assisting startups, scale-ups, SMEs, and family businesses with, among other things, guiding the acquisition and sale process, international business, and the divestment of business units.

Tsjip is creative, entrepreneurial, and people-oriented, with experience in leading deal teams to create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Through strong social skills, he has the ability to influence discreetly and collaborate with attention to cultural and human aspects. He possesses a broad (inter)national network.

During his career, he has completed various programs at institutions such as Ashridge University, AIF, and NIVE to deepen and broaden his expertise and stay informed about the field of mergers and acquisitions. Tsjip is also a registered MfN mediator for resolving business conflicts.
